Submitting the templates

  1. Meta Business Suite → WhatsApp Manager → Message templates → Create template.
  2. Category Utility, name exactly as below, language English.
  3. Paste the body, add the footer and the quick-reply button, then fill the sample values (Meta needs them for review).
  4. After approval, set the env vars on the server (/root/protask/.env.production) and run pm2 restart protask --update-env.

Templates are needed because these messages start the conversation. Receipts and the 9 pm confirmations are normal messages — they go out within 24 h of the person writing to us.
